Product Designer

• Drive end-to-end product design, from initial user research and exploration to final pixel-perfect delivery in close collaboration with product managers, engineers, researchers, and senior design leadership.
• Take an active role in designing QuillBot’s browser extension experience for Chrome, Edge, and Safari, contributing to its core capabilities, interaction patterns, and visual design, and shaping how users engage with AI-powered writing directly within web-based workflows.
• Partner with other designers to ensure the browser extension integrates seamlessly with our web app and other product surfaces, creating a unified, consistent, and intuitive user experience across the entire product ecosystem.
• Contribute to and evolve our design language system, balancing reuse of patterns with the thoughtful creation of new, scalable components suitable for the given surface.
• Advocate for user experience by deeply understanding user needs, behaviors, and the broader goals they’re trying to achieve, not just isolated feature usage.
• Craft thoughtful and elegant experiences within the constraints of browser environments, using strong interaction design, clear visual hierarchy, and well-considered micro-interactions, while building a solid understanding of web technologies, extension frameworks, and cross-browser limitations.
• Help nurture a culture of design excellence by actively participating in critiques, mentoring peers, and contributing to team rituals.

Senior Product Designer

Frontend Engineer

• Build and maintain user-facing features using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS with a focus on usability, performance, and reliability.
• Work on well-defined frontend modules and components, delivering high-quality code with guidance from senior engineers.

Product Manager

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of New Tools, including ideation, validation, launch, iteration, promotion, and sunsetting.
• Define a clear New Tools strategy aligned with QuillBot’s creation platform vision—deciding which tools to build, why, and when.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact, task-driven opportunities across multi-modal workflows.
• Partner closely with Growth, SEO, and Marketing teams to ensure new tools drive meaningful user acquisition and activation.
• Establish and enforce standards for tool quality, UX consistency, instrumentation, and monetization readiness.
• Lead experiments to determine when a tool should:
• Be promoted into a core product surface, or
• Remain a standalone utility, or
• Be sunset due to low impact or redundancy.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, and AI Research teams to ship tools efficiently and sustainably.
• Track and optimize success metrics such as adoption, retention, conversion, and long-term value contribution.

Senior Product Manager, New Tools

Full-stack Engineer

• Work on and able to set well-scoped milestones of projects and get them delivered on-time with minimal errors and high-quality without any guidance.
• Work with other engineers to ensure optimum solution design for each of the new features / -modules developed.
• Understand and contribute to the product roadmap.

SEO Marketing

• Proactively manage and execute a pipeline of high-impact SEO initiatives derived from the overall growth roadmap. Ensure timely, effective deployment and alignment with broader marketing objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits (e.g., crawlability, indexability, site speed, schema). Partner with engineering and product teams to prioritize and implement technical fixes, focusing on Core Web Vitals, site architecture, JavaScript rendering (CSR/SSR), and log file analysis.
• Oversee the tactical implementation of our keyword strategy across all web properties. Collaborate closely with content and product marketing teams to ensure all new and existing assets are optimized for target queries, user intent, and semantic relevance.
• Systematically optimize all on-page elements (metadata, headers, content structure, and internal linking) to improve ranking potential. Analyze the organic user journey and collaborate with the CRO/UX team to design and implement SEO-driven A/B tests aimed at improving conversion rates from organic traffic.
• Continuously monitor and analyze SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and advanced SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs). Prepare detailed performance reports that communicate results, identify performance gaps, and provide data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
• Execute targeted off-page SEO and link-building campaigns in alignment with strategic goals. Manage the outreach and quality assurance process to acquire high-authority, relevant backlinks and enhance domain authority.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and SERP environment to analyze competitor strategies and identify new opportunities or threats. Implement necessary adjustments in response to Google algorithm updates to mitigate risk and capitalize on new ranking opportunities.
