💰 $60,000 - $65,000 per year
About the role
- Manage clinical documentation reviews and follow-ups
- Support staff compliance processes including but not limited to; session conversion, training compliance
- Support clinical leadership with internal and client communications, as needed
- Coordinate office supply purchases with learning centers and offices
- Ensure key internal systems are kept up to date
- Collaborate with facilities management on office/center maintenance
- Provide oversight for front office assistants, as needed
- Act as regional point of contact for corporate administrative departments
- Complete special projects as needed
- Distribute operation reports and metrics as directed
- Provide on site administrative assistance as needed
- Coordinate with IT to ensure hardware is returned and recycled
- Attend monthly meetings and provide detailed meeting notes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of two years general corporate administrative experience
- Background in healthcare and/or healthcare compliance
- Business Acumen
- Technical Proficiency, including but not limited to MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and maintain thoroughness
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to change
- Positive approach to daily routine
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate information to identify and troubleshoot
- Work independently in order to follow through on assignments with minimal direction, including acting where answers to a problem are not readily available
- Proactive in seeking out opportunities to learn and grow
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal format, English is the preferred communication
