Account Manager

• Manage day-to-day relationships for an assigned portfolio of corporate partners, serving as a primary point of contact for clients and agency partners
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated partnership activations across digital, social, in-venue, broadcast, and experiential platforms
• Ensure all contractual elements are delivered accurately and on time, maintaining accountability for partnership fulfillment and overall client satisfaction
• Develop and maintain activation plans, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating across internal teams and university properties
• Monitor partnership performance and provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to support partner objectives and renewal opportunities
• Identify opportunities to enhance partnerships, including upsell, renewal, and incremental value creation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support campaign execution and partner initiatives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date partnership information within CRM systems, including contracts, activation details, and reporting
• Apply industry knowledge and insights to inform activation strategies and improve partner outcomes
• Support onboarding and provide guidance to junior team members, as needed

Corporate Partnerships Account Manager

Sales

• Build and mentor a team to sell and deliver assets in the EA College Football Game
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital and brand integration strategies that align with company objectives and revenue targets
• Leverage market insights and analytics to build customized proposals that solve client challenges and drive ROI
• Innovate to identify and expand inventory within the assigned platform
• Cultivate and grow relationships with enterprise-level advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners
• Own the sales pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue goals
• Stay at the forefront of digital trends, ad technologies, and measurement tools to position the company as a market leader
• Proactively manage account renewals and upsells by delivering exceptional service and demonstrable campaign results

Events

• Responsible for strategic planning, execution, and hosting industry events
• Oversee a comprehensive portfolio of events including managing industry conferences
• Develop and implement a comprehensive industry events strategy
• Identify opportunities for events that strengthen industry presence
• Manage vendor relationships including production companies, venues, and hospitality partners
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency
• Partner with marketing, communications, sales, and executive leadership
• Evaluate effectiveness through attendance metrics and business outcomes
• Lead the corporate events team and manage external agencies or contractors

Director, Corporate Events

Business Development Rep

• Meet and/or exceed assigned revenue goals by developing and selling integrated sponsorship packages
• Manage a defined book of business, including full sales cycle ownership for renewals and new business deals
• Build, present, and negotiate proposals across digital, social, broadcast, in-venue, and experiential platforms
• Develop relationships with local, regional, and national partners to highlight the value of collegiate sponsorships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with university partners, athletic department staff, corporate sponsors and internal stakeholders—serving as a trusted and respected representative of both Learfield and the university
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute partner deliverables in alignment with contract terms and brand standards
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress in CRM systems
• Support the development of year-end recaps and participate in renewal planning discussions
• Attend and contribute to game day operations and client hospitality events, including occasional nights and weekends
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, brand activations, digital marketing tools, and emerging sponsorship platforms
• Perform other related duties as required
