About the role

  • Administer executive compensation programs, including annual bonus and long-term incentive plans
  • Coordinate grant processing, vesting schedules, and payouts in alignment with plan documents
  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS and equity management systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Fidelity)
  • Conduct market benchmarking for executive roles
  • Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings as needed, including proxy compensation disclosure and CD&A support
  • Ensure adherence to SEC, IRS, and corporate governance requirements
  • Support internal audits and maintain documentation for compliance purposes
  • Partner with the Total Rewards and HR teams on compensation initiatives and special projects (e.g., Pay Equity, Total Rewards Statements)
  • Serve as a liaison with external vendors for equity administration and survey participation
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements in compensation administration
  • Update policies and procedures annually in coordination with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years in executive compensation or similar or related experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of compensation-related laws and regulations (bonus if you have)
  • Experience with proxy disclosure and executive pay governance (bonus if you have)
