About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of industrial/process engineers and technicians.
  • Foster a strong culture of continuous improvement, structured problem solving, and operational discipline.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes to reduce cycle time, minimize scrap, and increase production throughput.
  • Drive automation and digitalization initiatives in alignment with Industry 4.0 standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with automotive quality requirements, including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
  • Maintain, update, and standardize all process documentation and work instructions.
  • Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities without impacting quality, safety, or delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), to guide improvement actions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Technical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in automotive manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and process optimization.
  • Proven experience with PFMEA, PPAP, and automotive core tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a structured and data driven approach to problem solving.
  • Good communication skills in both French and English.
