About the role

  • Act as the central interface between the company and our customer, representing the customer-specific requirements and interests
  • Oversee ongoing projects—from pre-series to series production and spare parts—while maintaining direct contact with the OEM
  • Take responsibility for the successful execution of acquisition projects
  • Independently prepare quotations in collaboration with internal departments and manage contract reviews, quotation follow ‑ ups, and negotiations
  • Handle change management processes, including commercial assessment, negotiation, and implementation of technical product modifications
  • Strategically plan and conduct customer relationship management as part of your core responsibilities
  • Monitor business performance by identifying deviations, conducting competitive analyses, and gathering customer ‑ related data for sales and marketing planning

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or business administration
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales management within an automotive company
  • Initial knowledge in product development, manufacturing processes, or quality management for Trim
  • Enjoy taking initiative and working independently within a team
  • Ability to analyze complex and evolving tasks
  • Enjoy building customer relationships and establishing a trustful cooperation basis
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Proficiency in both English & German languages, spoken and written
