About the role

  • Ensure compliance with internal labor regulations and applicable labor laws.
  • Attention and monitoring of problems, complaints, suggestions, attention and resolution of labor cases with the staff.
  • Programs to reduce turnover, absenteeism, and delays.
  • Prepare statistical reports on absenteeism, turnover and Headcount.
  • Coordinate the preparation and follow-up of personnel movements plant, shift and department transfers.
  • Leadership in Human Resources initiatives.
