About the role
- Ensure compliance with internal labor regulations and applicable labor laws.
- Attention and monitoring of problems, complaints, suggestions, attention and resolution of labor cases with the staff.
- Programs to reduce turnover, absenteeism, and delays.
- Prepare statistical reports on absenteeism, turnover and Headcount.
- Coordinate the preparation and follow-up of personnel movements plant, shift and department transfers.
- Leadership in Human Resources initiatives.
- Follow-up on complaints and demands.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as similar position
- Conversational English
- Knowledge of Federal Labor Law
- Knowledge Nom035
- Negotiation with unions
- Good communication skills
