About the role
- Manage IT operations and service delivery within production plant and office locations.
- Lead the IT team (4 people) and ensuring their professional development.
- Implementation and tracking of Cyber Security and Business continuity initiatives.
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring IT projects and budgets.
- Maintaining and upgrading the IT infrastructure and software.
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues and incidents.
- Ensuring compliance with IT policies and standards.
- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to optimize IT solutions.
- Staying updated with the latest IT trends and best practices.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and information security
- Excellent project management, organization, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
