About the role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for various roles across the organization.
- Partner with HR GBS Staffing team to develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand long-term workforce needs.
- Collaborate with HR Business partners to develop retention strategies.
- Drive employer branding initiatives through social media, job fairs, and partnerships.
- Partner with schools on internship and immersion programs.
- Maintain and optimize recruitment platforms and analytics.
- Build a strong talent pipeline of future talent and proactively anticipates future needs.
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities aligned with CSR goals.
- Coordinate volunteer programs, donation drives, and community outreach events.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and CSR committees or external partners.
- Track participation and impact metrics for CSR-related engagement.
- Support the Learning & Organizational Development team in organizing training sessions and workshops.
- Assist in logistics, scheduling, and participant coordination.
- Help monitor attendance and feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or employer branding.
- Proven experience in large-scale manufacturing hiring.
- Extensive background and experience with hiring of BPO and shared services industries.
- Experience in employee engagement or CSR programs is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for people and purpose-driven work.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and social media platforms.
