About the role
- Support LPBS deployments and upgrades across assigned plants.
- Coordinate with Plant IT to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Assist with installation planning, testing, and validation activities.
- Provide second-level support for LPBS-related system issues.
- Support user training and onboarding activities.
- Maintain system documentation and deployment standards.
- Collaborate with LPBS development and IT teams to improve system processes and functionality.
Requirements
- Strong IT background with experience in application support or deployment.
- Knowledge of SQL / T-SQL and basic data analysis.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Understanding of SDLC and IT service processes.
- Good level of English, written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% across EMEA.
- Experience with manufacturing or MES-related systems (preferred).
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments (preferred).
- Experience with SQL Server procedures, views, or SSIS (preferred).
