About the role

  • Understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
  • Support system improvements, updates, and new features.
  • Work with IT teams, vendors, and business users to deliver solutions.
  • Test system changes and support go-live activities.
  • Provide support for system issues and user questions.
  • Create clear documentation and user guides.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance.

Requirements

  • Strong IT background with experience in business and system analysis.
  • Experience with project delivery and working with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting (SQL/T-SQL).
  • Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Understanding of Agile and system development life cycle.
  • Good level of English, written and spoken.
  • Experience with manufacturing or operational systems (preferred).
  • ERP experience (SAP, QAD, or similar) (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SSRS, or reporting tools (preferred).
  • Basic programming knowledge (C#/.NET) (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or similar (preferred).
