About the role

  • The role focuses on full operational HR responsibilities
  • Execute recruitment, employee support, development and administration for a defined employee group (collective agreement and salaried employees)
  • Conduct interviews and lead contract/salary negotiations
  • Draft employment contracts, other agreements and certificates
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Lead or moderate meetings between managers and employees
  • Develop job requirement profiles together with the business departments
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of site-specific policies and local works agreements
  • Serve as a point of contact for all HR-related matters
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Handle special projects
  • Maintain time management and HR systems

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in HR and working with the works council
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SAP and Paisy is desirable
  • Good knowledge of labor law, social security and tax law
  • Good knowledge of collective bargaining and works constitution law
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Independent and structured working style
  • High level of care and accuracy
  • Strong numerical affinity / comfort with numbers
  • High communication skills and social competence
