About the role
- Ensure compliance with Moroccan regulations and company EHS standards.
- Lead workplace safety, accident prevention, and risk assessments.
- Drive incident investigation and corrective actions.
- Manage environmental programs (waste, energy, water, emissions).
- Lead audits and maintain ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 certifications.
- Train employees on safety and emergency procedures.
- Act as main contact with local authorities on EHS topics.
Requirements
- Degree in Safety, Environment, Engineering, or similar.
- 5+ years of EHS experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Fluent in Arabic, with good command of French and English.
