About the role
- Ensure compliance with IATF16949, ISO standards, and customer-specific requirements
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including Control Plans, PFMEA, and Process Flow Diagrams
- Perform and monitor SPC activities for current production and new project launches
- Conduct and maintain MSA studies to validate measurement system accuracy and reliability
- Analyze SPC/MSA results, identify trends, and lead root cause investigations for deviations
- Lead structured problem-solving using 8D, DMAIC, and other methodologies
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues
- Support PPAP submissions and APQP deliverables for new product launches
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve quality concerns
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to management and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experienced in using core quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC and MSA
- Knowledge of IATF standards and problem-solving methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
