About the role
- Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the office.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate and book business travel arrangements for the global team, ensuring smooth travel logistics.
- Handle expense reports for the global team, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Provide personal support to senior executives when needed, assisting with various tasks.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Maintain and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure order and consistency.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, report generation, and preparing presentations.
- Liaise with building management and external vendors for office-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
- Coordinate with and provide support to other teams such as HR, Marketing and IT when needed.
- Assisting with events and other activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, managing responsibilities efficiently and proactively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
