About the role

  • Design and produce digital marketing and advertising creative across Leap’s web and partner properties — including promotional pages, banners, landing pages, and event campaign assets.
  • Partner with copywriters and creative leads to develop visual ideas that express Leap’s brand and partner voices.
  • Translate campaign strategies and business goals into engaging, conversion-driven visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with UX, developers, and project managers to ensure flawless execution and alignment with brand standards.
  • Uphold a high standard for design, craft, and consistency across all digital experiences.
  • Present creative ideas to internal teams and stakeholders, clearly communicating rationale and results.
  • Contribute to the growth and refinement of Leap’s digital design system, templates, and guidelines.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-energy creative culture.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and speed in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (required)
  • 6+ years of professional digital design experience (agency or in-house)
  • Portfolio demonstrating exceptional digital campaign work, UX/UI design, and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
  • Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance-oriented creative
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, UX, and development
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience with CMS platforms, AEM, or HTML/CSS a plus
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for creating work that moves people
  • Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Expert at prioritizing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines
  • Skilled in Figma or similar prototyping tools
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
