About the role
- Design and produce digital marketing and advertising creative across Leap’s web and partner properties — including promotional pages, banners, landing pages, and event campaign assets.
- Partner with copywriters and creative leads to develop visual ideas that express Leap’s brand and partner voices.
- Translate campaign strategies and business goals into engaging, conversion-driven visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with UX, developers, and project managers to ensure flawless execution and alignment with brand standards.
- Uphold a high standard for design, craft, and consistency across all digital experiences.
- Present creative ideas to internal teams and stakeholders, clearly communicating rationale and results.
- Contribute to the growth and refinement of Leap’s digital design system, templates, and guidelines.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-energy creative culture.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and speed in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma (required)
- 6+ years of professional digital design experience (agency or in-house)
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional digital campaign work, UX/UI design, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
- Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance-oriented creative
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, UX, and development
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience with CMS platforms, AEM, or HTML/CSS a plus
- A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for creating work that moves people
- Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced, evolving environment
- Expert at prioritizing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines
- Skilled in Figma or similar prototyping tools
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
