About the role

  • Write testable, optimal and clean code.
  • Preform code reviews for peers.
  • Planning and designing of software solutions.
  • Prioritising own workload, allowing for urgent support requests.
  • Undertaking in daily Huddles and weekly sprint planning and review meetings.
  • Communicating any blockers efficiently and timely.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in server management and web development.
  • Experience working with and managing developers of various skill levels, including mentorship.
  • Skilled in writing comprehensive tests to maintain product reliability and security.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and make confident decisions during development.
  • Expertise with Cloud Infrastructure (DigitalOcean / AWS).
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL and database design.
  • Experienced with Git for version control.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration implementation.
  • Knowledge of C# is a plus, but not mandatory.
