About the role

  • LEAP is a global LegalTech company providing legal practice productivity software used by law firms
  • Lead projects that drive meaningful change across LEAP, reporting to the Global COO
  • Define project strategies, scope and objectives and design fit‑for‑purpose solutions
  • Coordinate cross‑functional internal and external stakeholders to align goals, timelines and deliverables
  • Drive stakeholders to meet milestones through transparent communication and prioritisation
  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies based on complexity and risk
  • Build trusted relationships through clear, timely and tailored communication
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in ways of working
  • Identify, track and escalate risks, issues and delays to minimise impact
  • Lead meetings to facilitate decision‑making, ensure alignment and progress projects to completion

Requirements

  • A foundation in project management principles with a proven track record of delivering projects in fast‑paced environments
  • Excellent planning, organisation and time‑management skills
  • Experience using project planning tools (MS Project, Monday.com, Smartsheet or JIRA)
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to turn complex information into clear, actionable steps
  • Collaborative, open to feedback and comfortable working cross‑functionally
  • Eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
