About the role
- The Manager, Mobilization and Engagement plays a critical role in advancing the League of Women Voters’ mission.
- Lead, supervise, and coach five Regional Organizers to ensure effective implementation of national organizing strategies across assigned regions.
- Oversee organizers’ state-level organizing plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Design and implement public engagement opportunities to recruit and mobilize members and volunteers.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on organizing efforts using data and performance metrics to assess progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in issue advocacy, campaigning, organizing, or digital organizing.
- Demonstrated experience supervising and managing staff effectively through clear expectations, coaching, development, and accountability.
- Experience developing and implementing multi-faceted organizing programs, and ability to leverage relational, grassroots, and digital organizing using tools and systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 required; experience with VAN, Salesforce, Salsa Engage, Outreach Circle, League in Action, or similar tools is a plus.
