About the role
- Support the client onboarding process to ensure smooth and timely setup
- Assist with day-to-day client administrative tasks and account maintenance
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams
- Support the Onboarding Specialist with backend setup across Meta, TikTok, Google, and native advertising platforms
- Assist in setting up internal systems for new customers
- Coordinate API integrations with relevant teams
- Prepare regular performance reporting summaries for new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies
- Support general campaign maintenance and optimization tasks
Requirements
- - A native-level English speaker with excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
- - Holds strong attention to detail
- - Is proactive and customer-focused
- - Is enthusiastic and fun to work with
- - Can work independently; can handle deadlines and juggle multiple tasks
