About the role

  • You manage our client projects end-to-end and keep everything coordinated using tools like Asana.
  • You take responsibility for our client relationships and drive the strategic development of projects.
  • You support our clients from the initial kick-off through to reporting and serve as their primary point of contact for the project.
  • You develop effective lead-generation strategies and drive their implementation with your team.
  • You present your strategies convincingly and win clients over for your ideas and concepts.
  • You keep KPIs, timelines and results in view at all times, ensuring projects make measurable progress.
  • You bring internal teams and freelancers together and ensure everyone works efficiently and collaboratively.
  • You will develop into an expert in B2B marketing to work with your team to continually create more effective strategies for our clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms
  • Open, outgoing and strong communication skills with clients and within the team
  • Reliable, organized way of working for planning and managing projects
  • Proactive mindset, solution-oriented thinking and willingness to keep learning
  • Ability to immerse yourself in target-audience insights and complex IT products
  • Performance-driven with strong commitment to your area of responsibility
  • German C2 or native-level, English business proficiency
