• Support participants from career guidance through to the completion of their employment integration plan
• Identify and help remove social barriers to employment (budgeting, housing, health, etc.)
• Design and facilitate group workshops on job search techniques and digital skills
• Outreach to employers and training centers to identify opportunities in the local employment area
• Collaborate with technical supervisors to co-support participants
