About the role
- Support participants from career guidance through to the completion of their employment integration plan
- Identify and help remove social barriers to employment (budgeting, housing, health, etc.)
- Design and facilitate group workshops on job search techniques and digital skills
- Outreach to employers and training centers to identify opportunities in the local employment area
- Collaborate with technical supervisors to co-support participants
Requirements
- Professional qualification as a CIP (Conseiller en Insertion Professionnelle)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in IAE (work integration programs) or in support organizations (Mission Locale, PLIE, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of job search techniques
- Proficient in conducting interviews
- Knowledge of social and integration support mechanisms and of the labor market
- Proficient in common office software and digital tools
- Valid driving licence (Category B) required — frequent travel in Gironde and Dordogne to follow participants in shops
