About the role
- Create, analyze, and present performance indicators related to the department's processes.
- Monitor, measure, control, and approve ancillary charges for shipments requested by transport service providers for freight receipt postings.
- Analyze, monitor, and control scheduling processes for shipments to external customers, as well as full returns or partial returns (reverse logistics) of finished goods and materials (pallets), and incidents occurring at the time of delivery.
- Support and coordinate with logistics dispatch on scheduling with external customers for material pick-ups and reconciliation of finished goods loads, aiming to reduce Leão's purchase cost of PBR pallets.
- Collaborate with the logistics assistant, using the portal/SLIIC system, to monitor deliveries from Leão units against the agreed transit time, aiming to achieve the service level established for the area with our customers.
- Participate in and contribute to meetings on logistics service level agreements (SLA), monthly performance reviews and company results, and other meetings that may be required in the future.
