About the role
- Manage and support our sales teams made up of around ten employees
- Actively contribute to their skills development, both individually and collectively
- Identify and gather their training needs
- Conduct various employee interviews and evaluations
- Ensure effective internal communication to foster team cohesion
- Promote a competitive, goal-oriented mindset during promotional campaigns
- Contribute to the commercial development of your branch
- Supervise and prepare priced technical proposals, advising on and selecting appropriate equipment
- Ensure follow-up of estimates and quotations, from proposal to delivery
- Support the client through all stages to guarantee their satisfaction
- Position yourself as their primary point of contact and provide strong technical support
Requirements
- Bac+2 / Bac+3 (equivalent to an associate's or bachelor's level) degree in refrigeration and air conditioning
- Significant experience in this sector, ideally with managerial responsibilities
- Energetic, committed, and adaptable
