About the role
- Collect, verify and process payroll variables
- Check salaries, contributions and deductions in compliance with legal requirements
- Respond to employees’ payroll and benefits inquiries
- Update employee records in ADP
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Advise employees and managers on routine HR matters
- Draft employment contracts and handle hiring formalities
- Manage administrative onboarding and track integrations and promotions
- Handle offboarding procedures and prepare departure documents
- Prepare various administrative documents and monitor absences
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources
- At least 5 years' experience in payroll
- Proficient with ADP
- Dynamic and detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Enjoys working in a team
