About the role

  • Collect, verify and process payroll variables
  • Check salaries, contributions and deductions in compliance with legal requirements
  • Respond to employees’ payroll and benefits inquiries
  • Update employee records in ADP
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Advise employees and managers on routine HR matters
  • Draft employment contracts and handle hiring formalities
  • Manage administrative onboarding and track integrations and promotions
  • Handle offboarding procedures and prepare departure documents
  • Prepare various administrative documents and monitor absences

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources
  • At least 5 years' experience in payroll
  • Proficient with ADP
  • Dynamic and detail-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys working in a team
