About the role
- Manage and support our sales teams composed of around ten employees
- Actively contribute to their skills development, both individually and collectively
- Ensure effective internal communication to promote team cohesion
- Participate in the commercial development of your branch
- Supervise and prepare priced technical proposals/quotations
- Ensure follow-up of estimates from quotation to delivery
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
- Provide solid technical support based on your expertise
- Recommend complementary products to clients and promote current offers
- Build customer loyalty and maintain high-quality partnerships
Requirements
- BAC+2 / BAC+3 qualification in refrigeration and air conditioning (e.g., BTS FED – Refrigeration option, or Bachelor's degree in HVAC/Climate or Energy Engineering)
- Significant experience in this sector, ideally with managerial responsibilities
- Dynamic, committed, with strong adaptability
