- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, email)
- Quickly identify needs and qualify opportunities
- Structure follow-ups and manage your sales pipeline
- Present service offerings clearly and in an educational manner
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Build long-term commercial relationships
- Contribute to the agency’s high-quality image and reputation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or communication agency
- Experience in outbound prospecting (hunting) and closing
- Ability to generate revenue through active, structured prospecting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multichannel active prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, email)
- Rigorous follow-ups and strong commercial organization
- Quick qualification of leads
- Ability to sign contracts (effective closing)
