About the role

  • Perform monthly accounting reviews of client files
  • Produce financial statements and corporate tax packages (liasses fiscales)
  • Verify and validate data from automated tools
  • Reconcile accounts and make necessary adjustments
  • Handle client technical queries (Level 2/3)
  • Maintain targeted and effective client communication (video/phone approximately two half-days per week)
  • Collaborate with the support team that handles operational tasks
  • Manage a portfolio of up to approximately 100 straightforward client files

Requirements

  • Experience in an accounting firm (minimum 4–5 years)
  • Strong experience preparing financial statements and corporate tax packages
  • Good command of accounting review processes
  • Ability to manage a high volume of files with rigor
  • Highly autonomous with ability to work remotely
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in French
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable with digital accounting tools
  • Experience in a digital or heavily automated accounting firm (nice to have)
  • Participation in process improvement or automation projects (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with scale/industrialized accounting production environments (nice to have)
  • Professional working proficiency in English (nice to have)
