About the role
- Actively prospect new clients (outbound) and convert incoming leads (inbound).
- Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and recommend the solution that best fits their company.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact through to contract signing.
- Optimize conversion rates and contribute to improvements of our commercial tools and processes.
- Share relevant ideas and initiatives to help evolve our methods, strategy and product.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales, Product and Marketing teams to achieve collective objectives.
Requirements
- Proven initial experience in selling B2B SaaS software.
- Excellent communication, listening and advisory skills.
- Commercially driven, enjoys sales challenges and works autonomously.
- Ability to propose innovative ideas to improve performance.
- Experience with complex accounts, responding to RFPs and managing long sales cycles (senior/strategic profile) (nice to have).
- Knowledge of the professional training sector (nice to have).
- Background in a training organization (operations, admissions, etc.) (nice to have).
- Network within the French training market (portfolio, contacts) (nice to have).
- Experience with CRM management and sales automation (nice to have).
- English / experience with international accounts (bonus).
