About the role

  • Conduct active outbound prospecting to acquire new clients and convert inbound leads.
  • Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and propose the solution best suited to their organization.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Optimize conversion rates and contribute to improving our sales tools and processes.
  • Share relevant ideas and initiatives to evolve our methods, strategy, and product.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales, Product and Marketing teams to achieve collective goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Knowledge of the professional training sector.
  • Excellent communication, listening and advisory skills.
  • A strong appetite for sales challenges and autonomy in execution.
  • Ability to propose innovative ideas to improve performance.
  • Experience handling complex accounts, responding to RFPs and managing long sales cycles (senior/strategic profile) — nice to have.
  • Background in a training organization (operations, admissions, etc.) — nice to have.
  • Network in the French training market (portfolio, contacts) — nice to have.
  • Experience with CRM management and sales automation — nice to have.
  • English / experience with international accounts (bonus).
