About the role
- Conduct active outbound prospecting to acquire new clients and convert inbound leads.
- Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and propose the solution best suited to their organization.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Optimize conversion rates and contribute to improving our sales tools and processes.
- Share relevant ideas and initiatives to evolve our methods, strategy, and product.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales, Product and Marketing teams to achieve collective goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Knowledge of the professional training sector.
- Excellent communication, listening and advisory skills.
- A strong appetite for sales challenges and autonomy in execution.
- Ability to propose innovative ideas to improve performance.
- Experience handling complex accounts, responding to RFPs and managing long sales cycles (senior/strategic profile) — nice to have.
- Background in a training organization (operations, admissions, etc.) — nice to have.
- Network in the French training market (portfolio, contacts) — nice to have.
- Experience with CRM management and sales automation — nice to have.
- English / experience with international accounts (bonus).
