You will take responsibility for a Data & AI team involved in the design, optimization and validation of advanced technological solutions
Manage, lead and develop a team of engineers and data scientists
Structure data pipelines and implement DataOps best practices
Collaborate closely with regulatory teams on technical dossiers
Maintain continuous monitoring of technological innovations and industry standards
Interact with technical, scientific and operational stakeholders

Requirements

Master’s degree or higher (engineering school, MSc or PhD) in Computer Science, AI or Data
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
Strong experience in project management and team leadership
Proficiency in Python, SQL/NoSQL, Cloud (AWS preferred)
MLOps / DataOps mindset (CI/CD, automation, monitoring)
Understanding of model validation, performance and productionization challenges
Knowledge of the regulatory framework applicable to products with stringent quality requirements
Bilingual French / English (professional fluency, spoken and written)
