About the role
- Identify and onboard local partners (bars, restaurants, retailers, gyms…)
- Grow and manage a network of partner venues
- Recruit, supervise and energize a team of student ambassadors
- Build and maintain relationships with student unions (BDE) and campus organizations
- Implement local marketing initiatives (events, activations, city-level social media)
- Organize partner meetups and student events
- Monitor city performance indicators and KPIs
- Participate in weekly meetings with the national team
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience (business development, project management, associations…)
- Initial experience in commercial/business development OR strong involvement in associations
- Experience with a BDE (student union) or student organization is a strong plus
- Degree from a business school or engineering school appreciated (not mandatory)
