About the role
- Identify new commercial opportunities and manage relationships with existing clients
- Analyze requirements and develop technical and commercial proposals
- Negotiate proposals and contracts in compliance with internal procedures (quality, HSE, export control)
- Oversee program execution: scheduling, budget, quality, risks
- Manage the client relationship throughout the project lifecycle
- Organize milestone reviews and coordinate interfaces with project managers / engineering / procurement / quality
- Track internal and external commitments and propose contractual amendments if necessary
- Provide technical and financial reporting to management
- Contribute to intellectual property strategy and to contracting with suppliers
Requirements
- Engineering degree (mechanical, generalist, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role (program management, senior project manager…)
- Strong technical, industrial and contractual knowledge
- Ability to negotiate, build consensus and lead multidisciplinary teams
- Professional-level English required
