About the role

  • Reporting to the Finance and Accounting Department
  • Fixed asset management
  • Monitor capital expenditures and fixed asset balances
  • Manage fixed asset records (additions, disposals, commissioning…)
  • Record depreciation charges and reversals
  • Account for and monitor asset disposals and demolitions
  • Perform account reconciliation and matching
  • Assist in preparing the annual balance sheet and its notes
  • Prepare LASM tax filings, managing different VAT rates
  • Prepare and manage grant/subsidy files (Regional, Departmental, Municipal, ERDF/FEDER…)

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Licence), DCG or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of investment accounting
  • Experience in social housing or the construction sector
  • Familiarity with SALVIA Patrimoine software
  • Proficient with office and accounting tools
  • Rigor, autonomy and strong organizational skills
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
