About the role
- Lead the preventive, corrective and statutory maintenance of equipment (mechanical, electrical, automation, hydraulic…)
- Organize, schedule and supervise interventions (in-house and subcontracted) in compliance with QHSE rules
- Lead, coordinate and develop the skills of the maintenance team
- Define and monitor the long-term maintenance plan
- Manage the maintenance budget, propose investments and monitor costs
- Implement and track performance indicators (failure rate, availability, costs…)
- Participate in planned shutdowns/turnarounds, management committees and on-call duties
- Act as a driving force for safety culture and the sharing of best practices across sites
- Work closely with other departments: Production, QHSE, Capital Projects…
Requirements
- Significant experience (minimum 5 years) as a Maintenance Manager in a demanding industrial environment (ideally high-threshold SEVESO, continuous operations)
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance equipment and tools (electrical, mechanical, automation…)
- Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams
- Proficient with CMMS (GMAO) tools and HSE standards
- Strong hands-on orientation, rigor, organizational skills and leadership
