About the role

  • Lead the preventive, corrective and statutory maintenance of equipment (mechanical, electrical, automation, hydraulic…)
  • Organize, schedule and supervise interventions (in-house and subcontracted) in compliance with QHSE rules
  • Lead, coordinate and develop the skills of the maintenance team
  • Define and monitor the long-term maintenance plan
  • Manage the maintenance budget, propose investments and monitor costs
  • Implement and track performance indicators (failure rate, availability, costs…)
  • Participate in planned shutdowns/turnarounds, management committees and on-call duties
  • Act as a driving force for safety culture and the sharing of best practices across sites
  • Work closely with other departments: Production, QHSE, Capital Projects…

Requirements

  • Significant experience (minimum 5 years) as a Maintenance Manager in a demanding industrial environment (ideally high-threshold SEVESO, continuous operations)
  • Knowledge of industrial maintenance equipment and tools (electrical, mechanical, automation…)
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams
  • Proficient with CMMS (GMAO) tools and HSE standards
  • Strong hands-on orientation, rigor, organizational skills and leadership
