About the role
- As the RUN & Client Satisfaction Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for clients once solutions are deployed.
- Provide close, hands-on support to ensure optimal service quality.
- Drive functional evolutions with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Quality monitoring & satisfaction
- Facilitate client follow-up committees and performance reviews.
- Measure satisfaction (NPS surveys, SLA metrics, qualitative feedback).
- Identify and prioritize recurring pain points.
- Gather and formalize requests for functional changes.
- Track the lifecycle of requests (from specification to delivery).
- Participate in prioritization with internal teams.
- Create customized reporting (KPIs, incidents, SLAs).
- Update monitoring deliverables and functional documentation.
- Respond to user inquiries about production tools.
- Clarify needs and propose adjustments or best practices.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (engineering school, Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent)
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in technical support or managed services
- Experience in logistics, industrial or B2B IT sectors appreciated
- Good understanding of SaaS environments and traceability tools (Zebra, BarTender, RFID…)
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiarity with databases or BI tools (Metabase or similar)
- Experience with ticketing systems (GLPI)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English (Spanish is a plus)
