About the role

  • You will take ownership of pre-qualified leads from our Sales Development team and independently manage them through the full sales cycle — from the initial discussion about their project and portfolio management challenges to a successful close.
  • You will engage with decision-makers and stakeholders at mid-sized companies and corporations, convincing them that Le Bihan is a partner offering consulting and implementation from a single source.
  • You will develop a deep understanding of your customers' challenges and, together with our Consulting team, craft tailored solution approaches.
  • You will build long-term customer relationships and maintain a resilient network within your market segment.
  • You will work closely with Marketing and Consulting to shape proposals and successfully initiate projects.
  • You will actively contribute to the development of our sales strategy and drive initiatives to uncover new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • A completed degree (e.g., business, economics, business informatics) or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in a tech or consulting environment (e.g., software implementation, SaaS, enterprise solutions)
  • Proven track record of measurable sales success in previous roles, demonstrating how you contributed to company growth — and the ability to apply that experience to drive impact here
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • A strong sense for organizational structures and decision-making processes, combined with the ability to present complex topics clearly
