• Leverage tools like Google Trends, Think with Google, and YouTube Analytics to forecast content opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor campaigns using tools such as Ads Transparency Center, foreplay, motion, Meta Ads Manager and third-party benchmarks.
• Partner with Product and Growth teams to align messaging and creative execution with market gaps and opportunities.
• Analyze live ad campaigns to determine creative effectiveness, identifying what drives performance across demographics and platforms.
• Use proprietary and third-party software (e.g., Ads Data Hub, GA4, Looker Studio) to dissect engagement metrics and recommend creative pivots.
• Develop and oversee creative strategies that drive measurable performance across funnels, paid social, and brand campaigns.
• Author clear, data-informed creative briefs that align with business goals, campaign objectives, and audience insights.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire designers, editors, and copywriters, maintaining creative consistency and excellence across all output.
• Collaborate across teams to identify winning angles, hooks, and content types.
• Oversee multiple concurrent creative projects, from ideation through execution and performance review.
