• Act as liaison between clients and vendors, managing investment versus return on initiatives.
• Plan and deliver events of various sizes, ensuring high-quality client service and strong negotiation outcomes.
• Research, negotiate and contract third-party services for events.
• Operate the company’s main events and manage key client services (accommodation, transfers, rooming lists, food & beverage, and financial closing).
• Financial responsibilities: document control, cash management, issuance of payment requests and reporting.
• Provide guidance and supervision to teams.
• Prepare commercial and technical proposals.
• Plan activities and monitor results.
• Strong skills in client and partner relations, interacting and negotiating contract finalization.
• Quickly and accurately identify client needs and develop corresponding projects and proposals.
• Maintain deep knowledge of tourism industry products to enhance client service and strengthen negotiations.
