• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients and referral partners
• Conduct outreach within local communities and business networks
• Meet with clients to discuss mortgage financing options
• Generate new business opportunities and referrals
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
• Attend networking events, community events, and business meetings
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Work directly with real estate investors seeking hard money financing
• Structure and present loan solutions based on LTV, ARV, and deal strength
• Manage the full loan lifecycle from lead intake to funding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and referral partners
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly production goals

Customer Support

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide updates to borrowers regarding loan status and next steps
• Assist clients with document requests and basic loan-related questions
• Support Loan Officers and Processors with administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate client records and notes in the CRM system
• Follow up with clients to ensure all required documents are received
• Help resolve issues and escalate urgent matters when needed
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and strong communication at all stages

Customer Service Representative

• Underwrite Hard Money / Private Money loans (Fix & Flip, Bridge, DSCR, Cash-Out, Ground-Up, etc.)
• Review loan files and borrower documentation (credit, assets, entity docs, income where applicable)
• Analyze property details, exit strategies, deal structure, and overall risk
• Calculate and validate LTV, ARV, LTC, rehab budgets, and timelines
• Review appraisals, comps, and market data to confirm property value and feasibility
• Issue approvals and conditions, ensuring fast and clear communication with the team
• Work closely with Loan Officers, Processors, and Management to move loans efficiently
• Identify red flags early and provide clear recommendations
• Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and lending policies
