About the role
- Drive new business growth in academic and hospital simulation
- Convert training needs into scoped solutions, pilots, and program rollouts
- Connect with clinical education partners and deliver high-quality customer experiences
- Participate in pipeline management and maintain client relationships across specialties
- Travel to hospitals, operating rooms, and trade shows for product demonstrations and training
Requirements
- 20-30 years experience in Simulation Center administration
- Experience in creating and leading simulation training and events
- Experience prospecting, generating leads, and closing complex B2B sales in healthcare
- Working knowledge of surgical workflows and comfort engaging clinical and administrative stakeholders
- Familiarity with at least one initial wedge specialty (e.g., urology or cardiothoracic), with ability to expand over time
- Strong consultative selling skills and comfort managing longer sales cycles
- Self-starter with a scrappy approach. Able to win with limited resources
- Active MD License
