About the role
- Reviewing documents against customer requirements and communicating directly with non-compliant parties on their status.
- Building reports showing the customer their compliance status and advising on who is non-compliant and/or non-responsive.
- Sending document requests for new or non-compliant parties.
- Archiving parties, documents, and projects based on customer requests.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in a risk management or compliance role within the insurance industry.
- Insurance-related designations such as AIS, AINS, ARM, CPCU, or other P&C licenses, are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain data standards.
- Advanced project and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and to keep processes moving smoothly from start to finish.
- Demonstrate a positive mindset and ability to optimize performance through collaboration.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must be able to legally work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be comfortable submitting to a background and reference check.
