About the role
- Support in planning, controlling and monitoring IT projects (Scrum, Kanban, traditional/waterfall)
- Independently coordinate smaller sub-projects or work packages
- Contribute to creating and maintaining project plans, status reports and roadmaps
- Organize and participate in meetings, including taking minutes and tracking action items
- Analyze requirements and assist with requirements management
- Act as an interface between developers, design, QA and project management
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in (Business) Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field
- Strong interest in IT projects and agile software development
- Structured, independent and proactive working style
- First experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) is a plus
- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken), good English skills
- Challenging tasks within a dynamic team with flat hierarchies
- Mentoring and targeted development toward project management roles
- Flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely
- Possibility of being taken on into a trainee program after graduation
- Insight into modern IT project work with direct responsibility
