About the role
- - Develop, review and revise a detailed project plan, including WBS, costs, milestones, time schedules, necessary equipment, raw materials and human resources
- - Identify and manage project risks and resolve any issues, to ensure timely project delivery, within scope, quality standards and within budget
- - Cooperate internally and conduct regular review meetings, to monitor and report on project progress
- - Cooperate with account managers, to manage the relationship with the customer
- - Identify training needs and other improvement opportunities and report accordingly
- - Coordinate final project review meetings and lessons learnt sessions, to ensure that project experience is transformed to corporate knowledge
- - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- - Ensure alignment with SABO PMO governance, methodologies, and reporting standards while collaborating on resource planning, risk management, and portfolio tracking
Requirements
- - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- - Project management certification will be considered an asset
- - Proficiency in project management software and tools
- - Experience in a similar position of 5+ years
- - Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken)
- - Excellent communication skills
- - Problem solving skills and mindset
- - Solid commercial understanding
- - Availability to travel abroad
