• Development and customization of Business Central (AL, extensions, APIs)
• Integration of BC with other systems (e.g., webshops, CRM, data platforms)
• Working on real client projects — from the first line of code to go-live
• Pair programming, code reviews, and structured training
• End-to-end responsibility for development cycles of business apps (analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment)
• Making architectural decisions in the context of complex integration scenarios
• Developing and maintaining REST/OData web services for integration with third-party systems
• Coaching junior developers and conducting code reviews within the team
• Coordinating with project managers, consultants, and potentially end customers
• Ensuring quality, test automation, and release management

• Support in planning, controlling and monitoring IT projects (Scrum, Kanban, traditional/waterfall)
• Independently coordinate smaller sub-projects or work packages
• Contribute to creating and maintaining project plans, status reports and roadmaps
• Organize and participate in meetings, including taking minutes and tracking action items
• Analyze requirements and assist with requirements management
• Act as an interface between developers, design, QA and project management
