About the role

  • Support and advise employees and managers on all HR-related matters, including in an international context
  • Support the implementation of HR strategy and processes
  • Conduct and coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle (job postings, candidate selection, interviews, onboarding)
  • Manage and maintain employee master data and support HR administration
  • Support on employment law matters and prepare employment-related documents
  • Organize and conduct employee meetings and feedback processes
  • Develop and implement measures to promote company culture and employee engagement and retention
  • Prepare HR reports and statistics

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on HR or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in Human Resources, ideally as an HR Generalist
  • Solid knowledge of employment law as well as HR processes and systems
  • Experience in recruitment and employee development
  • Very good communication and advisory skills
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with HR software
  • Discretion, empathy and a strong sense for interpersonal dynamics
  • Good written and spoken German and English
