• Provide system solutions that span the globe, enabling the production and broadcast of media content at a high-quality level, leading to business growth, profitability and customer success
• Factory configuration and troubleshooting of Lawo systems (Audio, Video and Network) fulfilling customer workflow and system standards
• Maintain and support inventory for the Factory Project Commissioning area
• Customer project commissioning and troubleshooting, onsite or remote when required for Audio/Video systems
• Work closely with other Lawo teams, inside and outside of the professional services group
• Documentation (Lawo internal, and for the customer if needed)

Sales

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies that expand LAWO’s market presence and deliver measurable revenue growth.
• Manage and grow key accounts through structured plans that deepen relationships and maximize value.
• Strengthen channel partnerships through joint go-to-market initiatives, training, pipeline development, and strategic support to accelerate mutual success.
• Identify and capture opportunities in emerging verticals and high-growth markets by leveraging industry trends and competitive insights to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure customer success.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations that showcase Lawo’s IP-based solutions.
• Represent LAWO at trade shows, conferences, and customer events as a trusted technology partner.
• Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and actionable insights to senior management.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategy and uncover growth opportunities.
• Travel as required to meet objectives.

• Ensure the smooth execution and proper handling of all procurement processes, taking into account company objectives, particularly timely delivery.
• Material planning and scheduling of raw materials and purchased parts for the Lawo Group.
• Obtaining and negotiating quotes with suppliers and service providers.
• Issuing and monitoring purchase orders and framework/blanket orders.
• Reviewing and processing order confirmations.

• Design, execute and automate tests for hardware, firmware and software components
• Create test plans and test cases, execute tests, monitor progress and produce reports
• Create and maintain test tools, test environments and systems for automated and manual testing
• Collaborate closely with R&D from feature concept through product release
• Conduct integration, regression and system tests; define acceptance criteria
• Analyze customer-reported issues and reproduce them efficiently
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes, tools and documentation
