About the role

  • Collaborate with sales leaders to develop sales forecasts, quotas, and targets.
  • Work with sales leaders to define sales territories and ensure the equitable distribution of opportunities among sales reps.
  • Help set individual and team sales goals that are aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Define and document the sales process to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Implement and optimize sales tools and technologies (like CRM systems) to automate workflows.
  • Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of sales data within the CRM and other sales-related platforms.
  • Monitor and report on individual, team, and organizational sales performance against set metrics and targets.
  • Regularly assess key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates and win/loss ratios to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain sales dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align lead generation efforts and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate sales forecasting and revenue reporting.
  • Provide feedback on product issues and coordinate product training for the sales team.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of sales compensation plans that motivate sales performance.
  • Ensure the accurate calculation of commissions and incentives for the sales team.
  • Participate in reviewing and approving deals, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Continuously monitor the sales pipeline to identify bottlenecks or risks that could impact revenue.
  • Ensure that all sales operations comply with company policy and regulations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years relevant experience, with solid knowledge of:
  • - Budgeting & Forecasting methodologies and systems
  • - Excel modelling and financial reporting
  • - SaaS/recurring revenue business models
  • - High attention to detail; works accurately and quickly and has good organizational skills.
  • - Strong analytical skills as well as organizational skills.
  • - Ability to set and meet deadlines including ability to manage multiple tasks to completion at the same time.
  • - Strong project management skills
  • - A strong desire to keep learning new things!
