About the role
- Embed directly with customers to identify automation opportunities and build context-driven AI agents
- Own project delivery from the first customer meeting to live deployment
- Test integrations and gather feedback to improve internal products and processes
- Collaborate closely with founders to shape product direction and customer outcomes
- Participate in all stages of the customer journey, from onboarding to optimization and ongoing support
- Represent the company on-site as the face of the product and technical solutions
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering, product management, implementation, or founder
- Proven ability to launch independent projects, such as a startup, hackathon project, or student organization
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or early-stage environment
- Basic coding and debugging skills in Python or TypeScript
- Bonus: Experience with AI agent tools or working in top-tier software startups
